Michael Danilenko, PhD

The Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is a research university with ~20,000 enrolled students. The staff members and PhD students of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FOHS) conduct research in the major areas of modern biomedical science, including cancer. The BGU Core and Departmental facilities include SPF animal house; cell culture rooms; hubs for imaging, spectrometry, flow cytometry, microscopy; genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics services.

Michael Danilenko’s main research interest is the study of the combinatory antileukemic effects of vitamin D derivatives and ATRA together with plant phenolic agents or related compounds in vitro and in mouse models of AML.
