The eRaDicate project started off with the kick-off meeting held at the TissueGnostics headquarters in Vienna from 7th to 9th of February 2024. After being greeted by the coordinator Martin Schepelmann and TissueGnostics CEO Rupert Ecker, the consortium was welcomed by the Vice Rector for Research of the Medical University of Vienna Michaela Fritz, the head of the Center for Pathophysiology, Infectiology and Immunology of the Medical University of Vienna Ursula Wiedermann-Schmidt, the Head of the European Office of the Medical University of Vienna Susanne Friedl and a representative of the Research Executive Agency, Sandrine Jacobs.
The Beneficiaries, Associated Partners, and Advisors of eRaDicate then deliberated on many topics for a successful start of the project were then discussed – from the overall scope of the project, expectations, the individual research topics, synergy, teaching, outreach, management and recruitment strategies.
